Using charges

Is there a quick and easy way to use charged items?  Atm I have to inspect and type /use, the short cut to use an item never seemed to work for me.

Some items have an icon for their special abilities which you can drag to the hotbar. Other items don't and you have to target the item and type /use or /use2 if it has multiple abilities (or make a qbind for them of it's something you need to use in heat of battle). Maybe you need to be using /use2 if an item isn't working?

It works, its just a ball ache typing /use, I wanted something else tbh ... I never thought of dragging the icon, will give that a go.  Do you know how much it costs to recharge items?
