I hope so - I only need 1 week to rank 7 (well only take 1 day to get the amount of honour I need but better safe than sorry)

For once I hope Blizzard take their time with a patch

I don't think they'll patch next week. The current rumour mill says mid December, but it's anyones guess. But I think it is fair to say they will definitely announce it a week in advance so that everyone knows that week's honour won't count (to patch without announcing this would cause a riot).

tempted to PVP like mad this week and see if I could push to rank 8 if its mid Dec

'We will run one final honour and ranking calculation on December 6th and update everyone?s ranking accordingly on that date so that players that achieve a new rank for that week have the opportunity to display that title on their character'

If i interpret that right Brigh i think it means you will get the honour for the next week but you wont be able to buy anything if you got a new rank ?
