eko - so you would still pick Warden ? Your ONLY regret is that you were not a pwetty human ? :)
Yeah, warden was cool as a first class. For PvE the class was okay (slow killing, but no downtime at all), in PvP it kinda sucked since bubble was so overpowered all the rest of the abilities had to be underpowered. Besides ... I wouldn't have started levelling Elani otherwise and wouldn't have bumped into you & Mal in those caves :).

Noticed The Secret World is coming out on June 17 and not having any classes/levels seem nice. It seems to borrow a bit from GW as you can only have 8 active & 8 passive skills at any time, but you can switch out your skills as needed. The world also seems rather interesting, but I might just wait it out. Guess it will kinda depend on how good D3 is ;D.

I tried out ME3 multiplayer on your recommendation Cern and yeah it's fun. Not sure it will ever be more than a quick dip into kinda thing but after a couple of rounds of running around like a headless chicken I got to grips with it. I'm finding it actually to be a cool way to experience other classes - albeit you only get a distilled down version, plus you get access to some archtypes/powers that wouldn't usually combine in the game (trying an asari vanguard atm with statis which was fun, using pistol for headshots!).

Yeah one of the best aspects of mulitplayer is that it has allowed me to try some classes and builds out I hadn't thought of playing, and I've really enjoyed them. In the single player game I've usually played Infiltrator as I like sitting back and sniping and directing my squadmates. But in multiplayer Infiltrator can often feel a bit left out when the action is fast paced and biotics are throwing everyone around like crazy (making sniper headshots very hard work). I've been enjoying Engineer and Adept a lot more.

Asari Adept is great (love the biotic detonations) but my favourite class so far has to be Human Engineer - the combination of Overload, Incinerate and Combat Drone all in one package is insanely powerful, especially when the tougher mini bosses come along as I can use the drone to distract them, then strip barriers, shield and armour extremely quickly. Perfect support character that still dishes very good dps. Also been having fun with the Quarian Engineer which I play very differently as a short range shock trooper using Geth Plasma Shotgun, Incinerate and Sabotage. I've enjoyed the Engineer so much in multiplayer I've started a new single player Insanity game using Engineer.

True eko, we wouldn't have met that hat wearing luri mana bomb would we ? :)

Secret world sounds interesting but all the marketing gumph always does, many have said they'll offer freedom of choice and all that jazz but few have really managed to deliver and just disguised the treadmill as something different imo.

Sounds fun Cern I'll have to try an engineer also. I tried one in ME2 single player and felt it was kinda underpowered, but I was probably just not playing it correctly. I can see what an advantage incenerate and overload would be, I've tried a Turian Sentinel with overload and against Geth I felt unstoppable :) Mind you, I'm still playing lowbie-bronze-everyone run around the map and solo mode :)

Damn you both, started playing ME3 multiplayer and it's proving to be addictive ;). Playing as human engineer since overload + incinerate is nice. Tried Adept & Sentinel, but didn't like the human skills much and haven't been able to unlock any other race for them. Should try a Vanguard sometime as they seem to rack up kills ;).

Only been playing bronze as well, need better weapons for trying anything else I think.

heh, yeah - blame Cern, I would have happily avoided it as just another bolt on multiplayer but it really is kinda fun. I unlocked a Krogan Battlemaster at the weekend and that's just hilarious running around headbutting everything :) (though i want to unlock and try some of the Geth ones now!)

Not me,I gave up on MoP after 2 months. Found solo levelling too easy and once you're at max level it's the same old really: gear up for dungeons, then gear up for raids, ... and/or grind rep via daily quests (zzz).

Anyway come play PS2: I need a gunner! ;D

I have an urge to roll a shaman/hunter - can't explain why though!

I did try PS2 last night but had to migrate my account and then it wanted to download a further 2GB of data so had to leave it running overnight to downlod.
