I liked it tbh, not quite worth ?30, certainly worth ?15 though, might spring for ?20 at a push.  Really good character development regards lvl progression, fun battles though it is more a chessboard map than a more open terrain XCOM style map.  If they'd mixed the lvl progression with the Eador game and replaced what now seems slightly clunky combat in Eador with this then you would have a ?30 game!

Yasrp I picked up Eador, Dragons Lair, Anno 2070, Shadowrun Retruns, Space Hulk, and The Walking Dead.

Played Space Hulk and Eador so far and a little Shadowrun.

A game worth checking out if you like 4x games, though it is actually hex based.  You conquer shards, in an astral screen and then conquer and explore lands in a hex based screen and then fight battles in another hex screen with a huge variety of units.  Can be brutal at times but very fun, indie title.

Xanic also went back to WoW for a month but doesn't check these boards anymore, so hadn't realized that you'd all done it as well but I figure he missed you all playing and only did 1 month and is out again!

Do Awakening still have any of the core members that made the guild running it?  Also hows the old Guild on Skullcrusher doing?  Shi's guild?

Must be good, you never recommend games!

Did anyone go back to or stick with Neverwinter Nights btw?  Much changed there?

Or Guild Wars 2?  I am tempted to try that again but haven't yet got round to it!

Apparently SOE are working on this:

http://uk.ign.com/articles/2013/08/02/everquest-next-is-real-and-its-amazing

A new Everquest game, I haven't read about it and I don't know the date as I was only told about it last night and I haven't even read the above link!  But might be worth a spin? :)

It isn't a bad game and learning how it works is nice but it isn't as well coded as CIVILISATION (not Steam!). but then Civ rules.  The AI makes some basic mistakes and they need to sort that out, generally it is fun and it'll take you, maybe 2 play throughs to understand how it works and for me that is alot of the fun!  It is a Civ length game, so 6-15 hours per game, depending on map size and numbers of AI etc.  I guess if I was going to pick it apart it would be having so many cities to control when you are winning, but it isn't as micro heavy as Civ, so you can put alot of them onto Build Resource:Growth:Manar:Gildar and run around pwning monsters and the AI :)

Peeps gone back to playing more normal games or are you all now ruling NWN2?

When I play I am still on FA:LH, though it is a bit easy and not quite as well coded as Steam so might put it down after my current game!

Yeah the bogs varied in quality, most were pretty bad, though there were fewer chemical toilets and more long drops.  When you needed a shit you either had to time it right and go to toilets that were decent, like the composter toilets or do a squat stress position and try and squeeze it out!  I didn't have any toilet disasters thankfully, though being so tall, many of the toilets only came up to my shoulders!  I obviously didn't check out what other people were doing :)
