Hello Gang
Who can do enchants? I currently have no enchants on my equipment but thinking about getting some done. (perhaps some cheap tank ones or something on my 2 hand weapon)
Also do you think it is worth splashing out cash on enchants now when in the next couple of months we will have TBC and new armour/weapons?
Brigh :D

Sax is an enchanter, and i think cern has one on one of his characters. In ROD we tried to keep leveling just 1/2 enchanters and fed them various BOPs and BOE greens etc. This mostly fed Sax's fixation that no matter what the day brought for him, he would have thereabouts to zero gold by the end of it ;) (AH junkie).
Are they worth it ? Yes, for some of the less expensive ones. I'm told gold is easy enough to come by in TBC so 5-10g for an enchant should be almost nothing to ya :) Some of the more expensive enchants i'd probably skip unless you are sure you're going to keep an item for a long time.

Yeah I can hook you up Brigh, I can do things like +100 Health on your chest, and +50 armour on your cloak, I have some + defense enchants and a few other odds and sods, the big ones I have are Crusader and Icy Chill, but the MATs r expensive. If you want them doing then you'll either have to splash on MATs (obviously I'll do the enchant for free) or run some instances, maybe even the high 40's ones so I can get the MATs I need, usually a specific type of shard from disenchanting blues.
We can chat about it later, 3 of us would prolly be able to solo a high 40's instance tbh. I am going to be looking at my Enchanting skill soon and tyring to get some more recipes, but alot of the good ones r either very rare Strat drops or MC drops :(
Sax.

If it's gear you will use until TBC I would definitely put some 'medium' enchants on it as the mats for these won't cost much and you can get some very useful boosts. Stuff like the following will only cost a few gold each for the mats:
+7 stam on boots
+7 stam or str on bracers
+7 stam on shield
+4 dmg on 1h or +7 dmg on 2h
+3 all stats on chest
+70 armour or +3 all resists on cloak
Happy to do any of these for you with my Hunter (Friendlyfire) if you grab the mats from AH (mats for the above should be cheap).
For your AV epic mace I would put something quite nice on it, like Fiery Weapon, +15 Agility or +9 dmg (I can do the first two, not the +9). Mats for these aren't too expensive and it's worth it for that weapon as you won't replace it immediately with TBC. I wouldn't however put Crusader on it as it's too expensive (my Enchanter can't do that one anyway, can't afford the recipe, Sax has it though). Avoid Icy Chill, it's totally hopeless.
Message me when I'm on and I can tell you what mats you need, or look on Thott:

Cheers Guys
Will have a look and see what I can get (my vault is full of odds and sods so I may have some of the mats already). Just want some medium enchants as I plan to replace 1/2 my armour in the next 2 weeks with PVP rewards.
